We want to support parents and their families in whatever way we can. One of the concerns you may have could be about your children's (or your own) mental health and general well-being. On this page we will aim to bring together various advice, information and strategies to help you.

- EYFS / KS1 : Feeling Better A collection of clips presented by Dr Radha Moghil that explore a whole range of feelings and emotions, as well as providing talking points and tools to feel better.
- Support for Upper KS2 A collection of pages with information and short clips on "asking for help" with e.g. anger, loneliness and depression. For years 5, 6 and above.
- Family Lives A website and helpline offering support to families
- Support for Parents and Carers Calming resources to take care of your mind and stay grounded
