Week three

We will start spellings this week - if your child loses their reading record all spellings for the term can be found if you scroll down on the main Year 6 page.

In maths, we will continue to look at place value and reasoning our answers - this is a skill where the children have to explain and prove their answers.

In Literacy, we will be looking at the outbreak of war and creating a journalistic piece of writing.

Science will be electrifying! We will look at how our understanding of electricity has changed over time and also looking at major discoveries related to the topic.
