Ash Class Page

Welcome to Ash Class.

 

Each of us is UNIQUE but together we make a MASTERPIECE.

Bringing 'FUN' to learning and where every one matters.

 

 

Mrs Taylor is the class teacher.

Supporting us in our learning are  Mrs Powell, Mrs Greer, Mrs Weston and Miss Brock.

 

Mrs Powell covers PPA time which is on a Tuesday afternoon.

 

 

We collect reading records and give out spellings on a Monday (Tests are on the following Monday).

Times tables are tested each Tuesday.

 

 

Our indoor PE day is on a Thursday.

(T-shirt, shorts / tracksuit bottoms and plimsolls are needed for this)

Outdoor PE is on a Friday.  

(Warm outdoor sports wear and trainers are needed for this.)

We have also spoken a lot about coal mining and its history in Nailsea. Today we passed around some coal and got really dirty! We also looked at a map of old Nailsea and figured out which coal mine we would each have lived closest to! Ask your child what your nearest coal mine was called!
